im a qualified plasterer, need some work, does anyone know where i can advertise for free or get some work, in birmingham area.

Although it is not free the cost is only minimal if you advertise in your local post office. My local post office charges £1 per one month's advertising. You could write out a postcard with your details on etc and hopefully someone will give you work. Good luck!
